Problem Note 56540: SAS® Drug Development 4.5.1 - System tasks do not transition to a completed state when finishing execution of a Workflow

SAS® Drug Development 4.5.1 Workflow System tasks do not transition to a completed state when it finishes executing, but the Workflow moves to the next task.
To see this issue:
- Activate a Workflow Work item with System Job task
- Complete User tasks if needed to activate a System Job task
- When the job execution finishes, check System Task status
- The Job task stays Active and the next task in the Workflow is also Active
To fix this issue, open a JIRA ticket with the Technical Account Manager or contact SAS® Technical Support with an email to support@sas.com include the instance URL.
